Woven Logo Lanyards

Woven logos provide a unique tactile quality to your lanyards. Unlike screen or heat transfer printing, woven logos are not printed “on” the lanyard. Instead, your logo is woven directly into the fabric using a Jacquard loom, which can create a distinct texture that can be felt when you touch the lanyard.

Woven logos are most commonly seen on Polyester or Elastic lanyards, and they give a sense of luxury and high-quality craftsmanship.

They are ideally suited for simple, bold logos, as complex or gradient designs can be difficult to replicate with weaving. The logo can be rendered in a variety of colors, but the price increases with the complexity of the design and the number of colors used. Woven logos are typically more expensive due to the intricate process and high level of craftsmanship required.

Sublimation Printed Lanyards

Sublimation printing, also known as Heat Transfer printing, is a process where a logo is first printed on special heat-sensitive paper and then transferred onto the lanyard using a heat press. This method differs from screen printing because the ink is fused directly into the fabric, resulting in a seamless, smooth finish that you can’t feel to the touch.

This technique is typically used on polyester lanyards. If you prefer nylon or cotton lanyards, sublimation printing is not a suitable option.

One of the standout benefits of sublimation printing is its ability to flawlessly reproduce intricate, multi-colored, and gradient designs. Leveraging a full spectrum of CMYK colors, this technique creates vivid, long-lasting images that resist fading and wear.

Screen Printed Lanyards

Screen printing, often referred to as silkscreen printing, gives lanyards a unique tactile feel where the printed logo stands out to the touch.

This versatile technique can be applied to a wide array of lanyard materials, such as polyester, nylon, cotton, reflective, leather, glitter, and elastic lanyards, among others.

Hand-printed lanyards allow us to achieve a level of detail and craftsmanship that machines simply can’t match, handling intricate multi-color designs with ease and precision.
